Here is yet another 3D rendering by Elaine Corvidae. However, Elaine decided to render the beautiful and somewhat deadly Lilith in her Egyptian skirt and headdress. Looking at this rendering, one could image it was this vampire queen who turned the Nile to blood. ;) Thanks Elaine!
